Favor Coffee Company is an Asian-American, woman-founded roasting company based in the New York metro area. Established in 2020, by Christina Chin (they/she), Favor is devoted to honoring every process along the coffee supply chain and ensuring sustainability (economic, social, & environmental) and quality.
Their sourcing is relationship-driven while their roasting is quality-focused. They prioritize women-powered operations and partner with importers who value transparency and invest in their partners at the production level. They strive to maintain and highlight the subtleties of every batch to present beautiful coffees to celebrate and enjoy everyday.
We are honored to partner with Favor Coffee to use their Ethiopian Blend and Token Dark Blend in our beverage menu! Their Ethiopian blend is fruity and floral with noted hints of Kaffir lime, pink grapefruit, and jasmine. The Token Dark Blend has tasty notes of toasted nuts, dark chocolate, and dried fruit. The Ethiopian Blend is featured in the ‘lovebirds’ drink and the Token Dark Blend is highlighted in the miso caramel latte as well as the black sesame latte.
